How do I change my communications preferences?

You can subscribe and unsubscribe to emails and texts from EX Program. Here's how:

Subscribe to emails

1. Go to your profile settings.
2. Check the box that says "I consent for EX to send me email messages to help me quit."
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save Changes".

Subscribe to texts

1. Go to your profile settings.
2. Check the box that says "I consent for EX to send me text messages to help me quit."
3. Enter your phone number.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save Changes".

Unsubscribe from emails

1. Scroll to the bottom of any email from EX Program and click "Unsubscribe". 

Unsubscribe from texts

1. Reply STOP to the last text you received from EX Program.
